Compliant with the current directives of the World Health Organization (https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019) and of national/local governmental and health authorities.

These measures – which shall be regularly updated based on possible new directives issued by the aforementioned authorities – at the moment include the following:

Temperature checks for the entrances in the hotel (guests, employees, suppliers, external visitors). A temperature higher than 37.5 Celsuis centigrade will not allow to entry the property.

Predeterminate paths to entry/exit the property and to walk around to avoid crowded areas.

Guests will be required to sign health declarations and liability waiver forms upon arrival.

Hand sanitizers shall be placed at guest contact areas such as hotel lobby, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, gym, restrooms.

Contactless check-in and check-out is available.

Protective kit given in room to each guest (mask, gloves, small hand gel).

Social distancing in common areas which will be only available upon reservation.

Everyone being inside the property is subject to mandatory wearing a protective mask.

Paper amenities (newspapers, newsletters, directories) shall be reduced or completely removed.

Housekeeping and other staff trained with intensive and specific cleaning measures.

Daily sanifications throughout all the common areas and specific sanification cleaning after using the hotel gym.

Bedding and linens shall be washed with disinfectant and at higher temperatures to ensure their sterilization.
